Using the Arts to Work Through Grief
Have you lost a loved one to death, divorce or moving away, recently or long ago? Or have you lost a special pet? The arts can provide ways of dealing with feelings that can be overwhelming. Activities will include listening to music, journaling, and creating art in class and at home. No previous arts experience necessary.
