In this course, students will be introduced to the art of printmaking; a traditional process of creating drawing plates through etching or carving that can be used to create multiple prints of one work of art.  Students will learn techniques in etching, unotyping, lithography and screen printing.

Monotype Printmaking with a Gel-Plate

Monotype printmaking is a technique that creates unique, painterly or abstract art. Learn printmaking basics using a gel plate – which is very beginner friendly. At the end of this class you will understand some printmaking terms and techniques and leave with several examples.
